Timothy6 Whitney (Timothy5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Timothy5 and Alice (Whitney) Whitney,[1] was born 22 Apr 1766, Petersham, MA,[2] and died 14 Feb 1841, Lanesborough, MA.
He married firstly, Lois Baker. She was born 30 May 1770, and died 2 Mar 1826.
He married secondly, Mrs. Smith.
Timothy Whitney was born in Petersham, MA, but moved to Lanesborough early in life. He had all his children by his first wife, Lois Baker.
