Ezra6 Whitney (Ezra5, James4, John3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Ezra5 and Mercy (Morse) Whitney, was born 29 Aug 1759, Douglas, MA.[1]
He married, 5 Mar 1788, Brookline, MA, Betsey Marshall.[2]
