Joseph7 Whitney (Leonard7, Solomon6, Solomon5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Leonard7 and Polly (Elliot) Whitney, was born ca. 1809, and died 1 Sep 1859, Canterbury, NH, aged 50 years.
He married Hannah R. Snell of Dover, or Hannah Hussey, daughter of Timothy and Elizabeth (Hussey) Hussey (who was born 16 Oct 1808, Dover, NH). She was born about 1808, and died 26 Aug 1865, Canterbury, NY, aged 57 years.
