Thomas Whitney, parentage unknown, was born about 1777, Burghill, Herefordshire, England.
In 1851, he was enumerated with his son 'James Witney' in Lugwardine, Herefordshire where he was listed as a retired Tailor's assistant.
Children of Thomas Whitney and an unknown wife:
i. James Whitney, b. ca. 1812, Allensmore, Herefordshire, England.
