Edwin2 Whitney (Edward1), son of Edward1 and Elizabeth (Griffith) Whitney,[1] was born circa 1857, Monmouthshire, Wales,[2] and died 15 Oct 1913, Blackfellows Creek near Fossilbrook, Queensland, Australia.[3]
He married circa 1878, Burke's Flat Avoca, Victoria, Australia,[4] Lillias Allan Snedden.
