Family:Whitney, Lorenzo Peabody (1841-a1900)

Lorenzo Peabody⁹ Whitney (Thomas Peabody⁸, Zimri⁷, John⁶, Zachariah⁵, John⁴, Joseph³, John², John¹), son of Thomas Peabody⁸ and Harriet Augusta (Benjamin) Whitney, was born 21 May 1841, Charlestown, MA, and died after 1880.

He married, 18 Oct 1866, Lynn or Nahant, MA, Elizabeth Jane Foxwell, daughter of Thomas and Jane (-----) Foxwell.^[1] She was born 7 Aug 1843, Rochester, NY, and died after 1880.

He is a salesman and cashier; resided Somerville, MA, 46 1/2 Florence St., also 21 Florence St.

iii.	Frank Irwin Whitney, b. 11 Sep 1873, Lynn, MA; d. 24 Dec 1877, Chelsea, MA, aged 4 years 3 months 13 days, of mem. croup.[5]
iv.	Bessie May Whitney, b. 11 Apr 1875.
v.	Roy Foxwell Whitney, b. 23 Jul 1880, Chelsea, MA;[6] m. 9 Nov 1907, Somerville, MA, Louise Amy Pitman, b. Charlestown, MA. Children: a. Dorothy Louise11 Whitney, b. 29 Sep 1908, Malden, MA,[7] or Somerville, MA.[8]
