Joseph5 Whitney (Thomas4, Thomas3, Thomas2, John1), son of Thomas4 and Mary (Baker) Whitney,[1] was born between 8 Apr 1715 and 7 Apr 1716, calculated from age at death,[2] and died 7 Apr 1796, Shelburne, MA, aged 80 years.[3]
Joseph married, 7 Aug 1744, Harvard, MA, Hannah Chandler, daughter of Moses and Anna (Sanborn) Chandler. She was born 9 Nov 1721, Stratham, NH, and died 2 Apr 1788, Shelburne, MA, aged 67 years.
