Arthur Whitney, parentage unknown but probably son of Francis Whitney, was born circa 1800, NC, and died after 1850.

viii.	Eliza Whitney, b. ca. 1835, LA. She was perhaps the "Lizzy A.", wife of W. R. Barry with whom her brother Silas was residing in 1860 in Barehouse, Drew Co., AR.
ix.	Silas Whitney, b. ca. 1837, LA. In 1860 he was residing with W. R. and Lizzy A. Barry in Barehouse, Drew Co., AR. He was listed as a waggoner.
x.	Jacob Whitney, b. ca. 1839, LA.
xi.	Adeline Whitney, b. ca. 1841, LA.
