Durgan, born Sept. 1828, died 22 Dec 1874; married 2d, ----- -----; born ----- died -----; married 3d, 1880, Eva H. Burt; born Sept., 1843; resided Newport, New Hampshire.
Children of George Frederick7 and Anna E. (Durgan) Whitney:
i. Clara Maria8 Whitney, born 4 Feb 1855; married 25 Mar 1879, Charles W. Spencer; resided Harvard, Massachusetts - Ch.: Carl Whitney, born Feb. 8. 1888; died 13 Jul 1890.
ii. Mary Lillie Whitney, born 15 Oct 1856; unmarried; a teacher in the Cookeman Institute at Jacksonville, Florida.
