Family:Whitney, George Washington (1803-1882)

George Washington⁷ Whitney (Joseph⁶, Caleb⁵, Jonathan⁴, Richard³, Richard², John¹), son of Joseph⁶ and Esther (Crittenden) Whitney, was born c. 1803, Utica, NY,^[1] and died 28 February 1882, Phillipston, MA.^[2]

He married 1859, Maria Arvilla Tenney. She was born about 1841, Ipswich, NH,^[3] and died after 1899.^[4]
