Richard Whitney, parentage unknown, flourished about 1560.
He married Elizabeth Cratford, daughter of John Cratford of Broadwas, Worcestershire, England.
Richard and Elizabeth (Cratford) Whitney were sued by William and Joan (Cratford) Doughtie, Elizabeth's sister and brother in law, concerning lands in Broadwas.
