Thomas Whitney, (Thomas), son of Thomas and Ann (Morgan) Whitney, was baptized 26 Apr 1777, Burghill, Herefordshire, England.
He married, 23 Aug 1798, Allensmore, Herefordshire, England, Mary Morgan.
In 1851, he was enumerated with his son 'James Witney' in Lugwardine, Herefordshire, where he was listed as a retired Tailor's assistant.
