Benjamin Franklin7 Whitney (Palmer6, Joseph5, Timothy4, John3, John2, John1), born Java, New York, 19 Oct 1818; married there 20 Nov 1840, Lucinda Potter, born Nov. 21, 1821.
He was born in Java Village, New York, and has always lived upon a farm. Followed agricultural pursuits in Illinois until he moved to Coin. Resided Coin, Page County, Iowa.
