1.^ "Jason Woodward [Whitney], s. Reuben P. and C. C., [born] Sept. 21, 1829," according to Franklin P. Rice, ed., Vital Records of Westminster, Massachusetts, to the End of the Year 1849 (1915). Also, "Jason-Woodward [Whitney], s. Reuben-P.and Clarasa-C., [born] Sept. 21, 1821. In Westminster," according to Franklin P. Rice, ed., Vital Records of Princeton, Massachusetts, to the End of the Year 1849 (1902). This is apparently an error for 1829.
