He married 11 Jan 1821, Weston, VT, Polly Watts, daughter of . She was born 13 Feb 1803, Weston, VT, and died 26 May 1884, Weston, VT.
After Jacob's death, Polly married Daniel Foster. Note that Henry Hugh may have been named Hugh Henry. He went by Hugh or H.H., but other sources have Henry Hugh and Henry H.
