Silas7 Whitney, Jr. (Silas6, David5, Benjamin4, Thomas3, Thomas2, John1), son of Silas6 and Jane (Pearson) Whitney, was born 12 Jun 1762, Princeton, MA,[1] baptized 15 Aug 1762, Rutland, MA, and died Saint Armand, Quebec.

He Bought of Col. Thomas Sawyer the mill rights at the village in Salisbury Vermont. He maried Esther ? before 1789. They had children born in Salisbury Vt as follows:

  1: Nancy born 22 February 1789 died 29 September 1789 Salisbury Vermont.
  2: Jerusah born 03 August 1790.
  3: Silas P. born 22 May 1792.
  4: John C. born 18 March 1794.

He may have been the Silas Whitney, Jr., who was a petitioner in 1788, Chittenden Co., VT.

He resided Saint Armand, Quebec.
