Norman8 Whitney (Samuel7, Samuel6, Joseph5, Timothy4, John3, John2, John1), son of Samuel7 and Hope (Blish) Whitney, was born 16 May 1802, Chesterfield, NY, and died 9 Jul 1888, Keeseville, NY.

He married, 3 Nov 1825, Keeseville, NY, Mary Wilcox Forsyth. She was born 16 Mar 1804, and died 16 Apr 1891.

He was a contractor and builder. He resided Keeseville, NY.
