Joseph⁵ Whitney (Enoch⁴, Ebenezer³, Richard², John¹), son of Enoch⁴ and Thankful (Parke) Whitney, was born 18 Jun 1753, Kent, CT, and died after 1837.

He married, 2 Sep 1773, Washington, CT, Sarah Weeks. She was born before 1755, and died after 1800.

He lived in 1837 at Warren, CT.
