Joseph7 Whitney (Abel6, Benjamin5, Joseph4, Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), son of Abel6 and Phebe (Scott) Whitney, was born 27 Jan 1806, Tunbridge, VT, and died 25 Oct 1883, Tunbridge, VT.

He married, Caroline Pierce.

He resided Tunbridge, VT.

(Johnston) Clark, b. ca. 1843, NH, dau. of John Johnston; m.(2) 8 Apr 1893, Rockingham, VT, Frances L. (Williams) Havens, b. ca. 1855, Claremont, NH, dau. of Abijah and Emma (Stearns) Williams; m.(3) 25 Sep 1903, Providence, RI, Caroline (Jones) Patch, b. ca. 1858, Manchester, ME, dau. of Isaac and Harriet M. (Marrow) Jones;[3] resided Cavendish, VT, Lebanon, Pittsfield, and Claremont, NH, and Mansfield and Haverhill, MA.
