Family:Whitney, Theodore (1802-1850)
Theodore7 Whitney (Ami6, Jonathan5, Jonathan4, Jonathan3, Benjamin2, John1), born Flint, New York, Jan 2, 1802; married at Geneva, New York., in June, 1823, Experience Warner; born 2 Jun 1805; died Jan 15, 1840; married 2d, Aug 26, 1840, Nabby W. Smith; born Aug 26, 1795; died May 1875. He died Nov 30, 1850; resided Niagara, New York. He was a Whig and later a Republican and was an Elder in the Presbyterian Church. Theodore was accidentally killed. Asher Warner, Experience's father, was a soldier in the War of 1812 and was killed at Sodus Point in 1813.

Nov 14, 1855, George B. Force, who was killed at the battle of Antietam and left one son, Charles C.; resided Rochester, New York. viii. Ami Whitney, b. 24 May 1837; m. Catherine Rose Mills. ix. Infant son Whitney, b. 23 May 1839; d. 24 May 1839.
