Samuel Curtis⁸ Whitney (David⁷, Elijah⁶, Thomas⁵, Thomas⁴, Eleazer³, Thomas², John¹), son of David⁷ and Samaria (Wheeler) Whitney, was born 10 Feb 1822, Westborough, MA,^[1] died 1906, and was buried at Central Cemetery, Orange, MA.^[2]

He married, 25 Nov 1847, Grafton, MA, Harriet Sophia Prentice.^[3] She was born Grafton, MA, 13 Oct 1828, died 15 Feb 1892, and was buried at Central Cemetery, Orange, MA.^[4]

He resided Athol, MA, P. O. Box 520.
