Family:Whitney, Ervin T. (1837-a1910)

Ervin T. Whitney (Ammi Ruhamah, James, [poss.] Isaac⁴, Nathaniel³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Ammi Ruhamah and Hannah (Hall) Whitney, was born 10 Feb 1837, Falmouth, ME,^[1], and died after 1910 and before 1920.

He married, 16 May 1861, Boston, MA, Zulima A. Jones, daughter of Samuel R. and Zoa (Warner) Jones.^[2] She was born about 1837, Natick, MA, and died after 1920 and apparently before 1930.

In 1862 he was in produce, and lived at 51 Wall St., Boston, MA. In 1863 he was a butcher, and lived at 39 Wall Street, Boston, MA. In 1868 he lived at 9 Staniford Place, Boston, MA.

(Norton) Sanborn.[4] He was a market salesman, res. 18 Wheatland St., Somerville, MA. Children: a. Elsie Elizabeth Whitney, b. 18 Nov 1896, Somerville, MA.[5] b. Child Whitney, b. c. ii.	Clara Noyes Whitney, b. 18 Dec 1863, Boston, MA;[6] d. after 1930, then unmarried.
iii.	Hellen Maria Whitney, b. 10 Sep 1865, Bradford, MA;[7] not in family in 1870 or 1880.
iv.	Charles A. Whitney, b. ca. Jul 1867, Chelsea, MA; d. 7 Aug 1867, Chelsea, MA, aged 1 month, of cholera infantum.[8]
v.	Mary F. Whitney, b. 13 Jun 1868, Chelsea, MA;[9] d. 12 May 1869, Boston, MA, aged 11 months, of whooping cough and gangrene of lung.[10]
vi.	Florence Lena Whitney, b. 22 May 1877, Boston, MA;[11] d. after 1930, then unmarried.
