He "of Bangor" married, 31 Dec 1890, Gardiner, ME, Elizabeth "Lizzie" L. Willey,^[1] daughter of Llewellyn L. Willey. She was born 21 May 1867, Newport, ME, and died 8 Nov 1918, Bangor, ME.

Perley and Lizzie are both buried in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor, ME.
