Is a partner in the firm of Hazen, Whitney & County, importers and jobbers of silks, 392 Broadway; resided 138 Second place, Brooklyn, New York.

i.	Anna Maria9 Whitney, born 12 Jan 1848; married 24 Aug 1871, Adolph L. King.
ii.	Joseph Botsford Whitney, born 3 Sep 1849.
iii.	Isabella Lewis Whitney, born 10 Nov 1852; died Avon, New York, 8 Jan 1874.
