David⁷ Whitney (Isaac⁶, Abner⁵, Jonas⁴, Eleazer³, Thomas², John¹), son of Isaac⁶ and Polly (-----) Whitney, was born 9 Nov 1812, Springfield, VT, and died after 1850.

He married, 1 Jan 1837, Brookline, MA,^[1] Cloe H. Farrington "both of Brookline". She was born about 1819, MA, and died after 1860.

They resided in Elmore, VT; "had sons Isaac and James Whitney".
