i. Lewis Herbert8 Whitney, b. 23 Oct 1849; d. 1 Aug 1853 . ii. Lewis Edgar Whitney, b. 22 Oct 1854, d. 10 Mar 1879, Petersham, MA. He married, 18 Nov 1875, Florence P. Clough, of Bethel, ME.
