Solomon⁷ Whitney (Solomon⁶, Tarball⁵, Solomon⁴, David³, Joshua², John¹), son of Solomon⁶ and Sarah A. (Haskins) Whitney; born Allegany County, New York, 22 Mar 1827; married in 1859, Sarah Struble; married 2d, 15 Oct 1874, Mrs. Selena Lomax. He is a farmer; resided Vistula, Indiana.

Children of Solomon⁷ and Sarah (Struble) Whitney:

i.	Carson W.8 Whitney, born 19 Nov 1858; married Minnie Rathfon.

Children of Solomon⁷ and Selena (-----)(Lomax) Whitney:

ii.	Sarah Whitney, born 13 May 1876.
iii.	Maud Whitney, born 4 Jul 1880; died 25 Feb 1881.
