Solomon⁷ Whitney (Solomon⁶, Tarball⁵, Solomon⁴, David³, Joshua², John¹), son of Solomon⁶ and Sarah A. (Haskins) Whitney, was born 22 Mar 1827, Allegany County, NY.

He married firstly, 1859, Sarah Struble.

He married secondly, 15 Oct 1874, Selena (-----) Lomax.

He is a farmer; resided Vistula, IN.

Children of Solomon⁷ and Sarah (Struble) Whitney:

i.	Carson W.8 Whitney, b. 19 Nov 1858; m. Minnie Rathfon.

Children of Solomon⁷ and Selena (-----)(Lomax) Whitney:

ii.	Sarah Whitney, b. 13 May 1876.
iii.	Maud Whitney, b. 4 Jul 1880; d. 25 Feb 1881.
