[Question: Is this an error for John¹ Whitney? He and Judith Clement were married on this date in Watertown. There was a Jeremiah Whitton in Sandwich and Martha's Vineyard, but he maried Elizabeth Daggett. I'd like to see the record from which this entry was drawn.--RLW]
