V. Alfred Todd, b. at Ovid, N. Y., in 1812; a farmer; married, 18 March 1841, at Rome Centre, Mich., by Rev. Russell Hervey, Baptist, to Sarah Delight Frary, born in 1826, dau. of Ira Sphears and Lydia (Brown) Frary. She died at Adrian, Mich., 15 March 1843, and was buried in Rome Centre Cemetery. He was married (2d), 12 Ap. 1863, in Adrian, by Rev. Russell Hervey, to Laura M. -----, of East Rome, widow of William Filkins. She died, without children, at East Rome, 4 Ap. 1874, and was buried there. He died at Rome Centre, 16 Aug. 1874, and was buried there. He was a member of the Baptist Church.

VI. Morris Todd, b. at Ovid, N. Y., 7 March 1814; a carpenter and joiner; married, 25 Feb. 1836, at Adrian, Mich., Marian Whitney, who was born in Romulus, N. Y., 16 Ap. 1814, dau. of John and Mary (Sears) Whitney. She died without children, at Adrian, 5 Sept. 1838, and was buried there. He married (2d), 3 July 1839, at Tecumseh, Mich., Nancy Ann Wooster, who was born in Genesee Co., N. Y., 22 Ap. 1821, dau. of John and Sally (Wright) Wooster. They were living at Hopkins, Mich., in Jan. 1875.

VII. Alanson Todd, b. at Shelby, N. Y., 4 Dec. 1820; a carpenter; married, 2 July 1840, at Rome, Mich., by Rev. Russell Hervey, Baptist, to Hester Maria Frary, born 15 Nov. 1822, dau. of Ira Sphears and Lydia (Brown) Frary, of Rome. They dwelt at Rome; in Van Buren Co.; at Bengal, Clinton Co.; in Gratiot Co.; and at Ronald,-ali in Mich. She died, 14 March 1860, at Ronald, and was buried there. He was married (2d), 13 Aug. 1860, at Rome, Mich., by Rev. Russell Hervey, to Melicent Jane Raymond, who was then 27 years old, dau. of Isaac Raymond, of California. She died, 6 May 1867, at Blendon, Mich., and was buried there. He was married (3d), 4 Aug. 1867, at Grand Rapids, Mich., by Elder Eldred, to Rhoda Jane Bailey, born at Rome, Mich., 28 Feb. 1842, dau. of Henry and Anna (Welden) Bailey, the latter residing in Grand Rapids, Mich., at the time of her marriage. They were living at Dorr Centre, Mich., in May 1875.
