5227 XII. Abram Lysander Remer, b. at Derby, Conn., 28 Feb. 1826; bap. at Derby, 17 Sept. 1826; a grocer; married at Montezuma, N. Y., Mary Long, and was living there in Ap. 1875. 13028
5228 XIII. Julia Ann Remer, b. at Seneca Falls, N. Y., 20 Oct. 1828; married at Albany, N. Y., 16 Nov. 1847, by Rev. Ezra Abel Huntington, D. D., pastor of the Third Presbyterian Church, to William Henry Craft, son of Rev. Bradford and Paulina (Thorp) Craft, of Green's Farms, in Westport, Conn., where he was born 5 Nov. 1824. They dwelt at Montezuma, N. Y., for about four years; then moved to Bridgeport, Conn.; and thence, in 1854, to New York City, where he engaged in trade. They were living there in 1873, members of the Allen Street Methodist Episcopal Church since 1854. 13035

Mary Jane Finley, b. at Derby, Conn., 1 Feb. 1809; married there, 22 March 1829, Elijah Fitch Smith, an inn-keeper, son of Fitch and Sarah (Burritt) Smith, of Derby, where he was born about 1808. They settled at Woodbury, Conn., and kept a public house there. She died at Woodbury 28 Jan. 1850, and was buried in the old Presbyterian Cemetery at Derby, 1 Feb. 1850. He was living at Woodbury in 1874. 13044
5230 II. John Hall Finley, b, at New York City, 11 Dec. 1810; a grocer; married at Glenville, Conn., 29 March 1838, by Rev. E. S. Raymond, Baptist, to Sarah Green Willson, dau. of Jotham and Sarah (Green) Willson, of Glenville, where she was born 4 Oct. 1815. They dwelt at New York City till 1844; and then settled at Port Chester, N. Y., where he died 29 Dec. 1847. He was buried at Glenville. She married (2d), William Craft, of Port Chester, and was living there in Nov. 1873. 13047
5231 III. Samuel Rush Finley, b. at New York City, 23 Aug. 1812; died at New York, 5 oct. 1813, and was buried there.
5232 IV. Stephen Merritt Finley, b. at New York City, 9 Aug. 1814; died at New York, 14 Oct. 1814, and was buried there.

Elizabeth Finley, b. at New York City, 16 Nov. 1815; married at Derby, Conn., 30 May 1836, Abel Holbrook Smith, a trader, son of Josiah and Betsey (Holbrook) Smith, of Derby, where he was born 28 June 1814. They dwelt at Derby; Brooklyn, N. Y.; Bridgeport, Conn.; Tremont, N. Y.; and in Aug. 1875, were living at 239 East 126th Street, New York. 13052
