well we are all well at presant. Do you want to Sell your Horse cart and if so what is your Price let me no soon

well Levi I had a letter from Walters Son Albert Whitney Stateing that he had found a Sherifs Deed of a House & lot in Jonesboro Sold by G.S. Bucknm Dep Sherif of Columbia Falls dated July 26^th 1877. Recorded in book No 144 Page 476 being the E. D. Preston House & lot. If you have not got any Deed or a release of Deed you had better look after it Soon. if you had taken up the Notis you must have a release, rite me all a bout it
