Item. I give and bequeath to my daughter Ruth forty dollars to be paid within 2 years after the decease of me and my wife provided the said Worcester shall have paid all the rents as above stated. Item. I give and devise to my daughter Hannah all the rest and residue of my estate and effects wheresoever found, to have and to hold to her and her heirs forever, my daughters Temperance and Ruth having received to the value of about four hundred & fifty dollars each. Lastly, I do appoint my daughter Hannah my sole executrix, hereby revoking all wills heretofore by me made. He moved to Wor- cester shortly before the Revolutionary war. April 19, 1775, he enlisted in the com- pany commanded by Capt. Benjamin FLAGG, which marched to the Lexington alarm.
