Benajah married, 15 Dec 1742, Pomfret, CT, Mary Clough, daughter of Jonathan and Hannah (Gile) Clough. She was born 9 Jan 1726, Thompson, CT.
Children of Benajah and Mary (Clough) Adams, all born Pomfret, CT:
i. Esther Adams, b. 19 Oct 1743. ii. Hannah Adams, b. 27 Sep 1745. iii. Mehitable Adams, b. 5 Feb 1749.
