Daniel married, 16 Nov 1760, Stow, MA, Mary Bennett, daughter of Samuel and Tabitha (Wheeler) Bennett. She was born on 27 Jul 1729, Shrewsbury, MA, and died 3 Aug 1834.

i. Patience Farr, b. 29 Mar 1760. ii. Sarah Farr, b. 28 Mar 1762; m. 19 Feb 1786, Chesterfield, NH, Edward Hildreth. iii. Samuel Farr, b. 3 Mar 1764. iv. Mary Farr, b. 23 Aug 1766; m. John Bailey 2 Oct 1784.
