Arad7 Whitney (John6, Ephraim5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of John6 and Hannah (Bigelow) Whitney, was born 29 Apr 1789, Colrain, MA,[1] and died after 1806.
He married Elmira H. -----. She died 22 Sep 1865 [sic: should be 1845], Fort Covington, NY, aged 38 years.

i. Charlotte P.8 Whitney, b. Oct 1826; d. 18 Dec 1827 aged 14 months, Fort Covington, NY. ii. Levi Whitney, b. ca. 1827; d. 7 Aug 1844, aged 17 years, Fort Covington, NY. iii. Mary A. Whitney, b. ca. 1833; m. Isaac Smith. iv. Louisa Whitney, b. ca. 1844; resided Glens Falls, NY.
