Deborah⁵ Whitney (Benjamin⁴, Thomas³, Thomas², John¹), daughter of Benjamin⁴ and Sarah (Barrett) Whitney, was born 7 Nov 1711, Marlborough, MA,^[1] and died after Jun 1761.

Deborah married, 17 Mar 1730, Marlborough, MA, Joseph Wheeler,^[2] son of John and Elizabeth (Wells) Wheeler, as his second wife. He was born 19 Apr 1700, Marlborough, MA, and died 23 Apr 1772, Marlborough, MA. He married firstly, between Jan 1717 and Jan 1718, Marlborough, MA, Elizabeth Hollaway.

Pierce says the following:^[3]

May 4, 1738; d. young; Joseph, b. June 14, 1740; Elizabeth, b. Apr. 4, 1742; David, b. Dec. 8, 1744; Miriam, b. Dec. 4, 1748; Dinah, b. Jan. 1, 1749; d. young; Dinah, b. Dec. 1, 1750; Fortunatus, b.
