Dora Elizabeth Whitney (Elhannan William, Hiram C.), daughter of Elhannan William and Romelia Catherine (Falls) Whitney, was born 1 Aug 1886, Oakman, Walker County, Alabama, and died 4 Dec 1975, Missouri.

She married 10 Oct 1903, Craighead County, Arkansas, James Alvin Cook. He was born 6 Mar 1878, Mt. Vernon, Illinois, and died 1947.
