Ebenezer6 Whitney (Ebenezer5, Elnathan4, Eleazar3, Thomas2, John1), was born say 1790.
He married Nancy Stinson.[1] They obtained a marriage bond 8 Aug 1811, Guilford Co., NC. The bondsman was William Hanner and the witness was Jo Davis, Deputy Clerk.[2]

Was one of his daughters perhaps the Nancy Whitney who m. John Robinson? They obtained a marriage licence 17 Jul 1824, Lincoln Co., NC. The bondsman was "Willam Brag" and the witness was "Jno Turbyfill".
A man named Zeno Worth resided in Guilford Co., NC, supporting the idea that Zeno W. Whitney originated with this family.
