He married, 17 Feb 1867, Wood Co., OH, Eliza Ann (Marks) Waggoner. She was born 26 Oct 1836, OH, and died after 19 Nov 1916, Wood Co., OH. She had married, 14 Feb 1855, Wood Co., OH, Frederick Waggoner, and was the mother of the three Waggoner girls appearing with Frank and Eliza in the 1870 census.
He went to live in Wood Co., OH, after his discharge from the army.
