Hiram7 Whitney (Timothy Holt6, Richard5, Israel4, Ebenezer3, Richard2, John1), son of Timothy Holt6 and Abigail (Blanchard) Whitney, was born 17 Jan 1804, Brookline, VT, and died 1886, Brookline, VT, aged 62 years.
He married, 27 Mar 1828, Athens, VT, Fannie S. Perham,[1] daughter of Jonathan and Eunice (Shattuck) Perham (see Keziah (Shattuck) Shattuck's page), granddaughter of Ezekiel and Eunice (Shattuck) Perham, and great-granddaughter of Jonathan and Elizabeth (Chamberlin) Shattuck. She was born 21 Aug 1806, Athens, VT, and died 22 Nov 1884, Brookline, VT.

Laurette Whitney, b. ca. 1835, Brookline, VT; d. aft. 1887; m.(1) 1 Mar 1856, Fayetteville, VT, Samuel Ellinwood Stebbins as his first wife. They must have divorced. He removed to MN, where he married twice more. She m.(2) 26 Nov 1861, Vernon, VT, John S. Lowell;[2] and of Brookline, VT, m.(3) 26 Oct 1887, Amherst, MA, Noah J. Ball of North Adams, b. ca. 1835, Athens, VT, son of Abraham and Hannah (Edwards) Ball.[3]
