He married, 8 May 1876, Jane Simpson Gibson, daughter of Alexander Simpson and Janet Telford (Archibald) Gibson. She was born 12 May 1858, Salt Lake City, UT, and died 25 Nov 1899, Park City, UT.

He resided Park City, UT.
