Family:Whitney, John (1800-1844)

John⁷ Whitney (John⁶, Ephraim⁵, Jonas⁴, Moses³, Richard², John¹), son of John⁶ and Hannah (Bigelow) Whitney, was born 29 Apr 1800, Wardsboro, VT,^[1] and died 12 Oct 1844.

He married 29 May 1839, Dummerston, VT, Sarah C. Wilson.^[2] She was born about 1813, VT, and died after 1860.

Children of John⁷ and Sarah C. (Wilson) Whitney:

i.	George T.8 Whitney, b. 8 Nov 1840, VT; d. in the army during the Civil War.
ii.	William L. G. Whitney, b. Mar 1843, VT; d. in the army during the Civil War.
