Jonathan7 Whitney (Benjamin6, Jonathan5, Isaac4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Benjamin6 and Anna (Bangs) Whitney, was born 11 Apr 1811, Bridgton, ME, and died 21 Apr 1888, Harrison, ME, aged 77 years.[1]

He "Mr." "of Bridgeton" married firstly, 29 Dec 1835, Sweden, ME, "Miss" Rebecca Flint "of Sweden".[2]

He married secondly, 8 May 1839, Harrison, ME, Ednah (Walker) Howard,[3] daughter of Charles and Sally (Barbour) Walker. She was born about 9 Nov 1810, Falmouth, ME, and died 3 Aug 1891, Harrison, ME, aged 80 years 8 months 25 days.[4] She had married firstly, 15 Oct 1832, Elias Howard of Harrison, ME, drowned from a canal boat, near Mast Cove in Long Pond, October 20, 1834.

He resided in Harrison, ME, in the censuses of 1850 through 1880. He was a farmer.
