Joshua7 Whitney (Israel6, Joshua5, Daniel4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Israel6 and Lucy (Mahan) Whitney, was born 10 Mar 1815, Worcester, MA,[1] and died 2 Mar 1859, Worcester, MA.

He married, 28 Sep 1839, Worcester, MA, Caroline Pope,[2] daughter of Alexander and Charlotte (Farley) Pope. She was born 30 Nov 1818, England, and died 25 Oct 1912, Home for Aged Women, Worcester, MA, aged 93 years 10 months 25 days, of old age and chronic bronchitis.[3] She married secondly, 6 Jun 1861, Worcester, MA, Benjamin F. Nourse, as his second wife, son of Stephen and Sarah (Houghton) Nourse.[4] He was born about 1827, Bolton, MA, and died 12 Nov 1866, Worcester, MA, aged 41 years 1 month, of liver complaint and consumption.[5]

He resided Worcester, MA.

Joshua7 and Caroline (Pope) Whitney had no children.
