Levi7 Whitney (Levi6, Hezekiah5, Jonathan4, Richard3, Richard2, John1), son of Levi6 and Sarah (Davis) Whitney, was born 25 Apr 1818, Harvard, MA,[1] and died 28 Feb 1853, Harvard, MA, aged 35 years, of consumption.[2]
He married, 31 Mar 1846, Worcester, MA, Susan Sweetser,[3] daughter of David and Esther (Clark) Sweetser. She was born 24 Apr 1817, Paxton, MA, and died 23 Aug 1884, Worcester, MA, aged 65 years 3 months 29 days, of cancer.[4] She married secondly, 28 Oct 1857, Worcester, MA, Horace A. Young, born about 1831, Smithfield, RI, son of Martin and Scena (-----) Young.[5]
His will is dated 6 Mar 1852, and was probated at Worcester, 1 Mar 1853. His wife Susan was executrix and his only sister Drusilla was the wife of Edward Brigham of Northboro.
He resided Harvard, MA.
Levi7 and Susan (Sweetser) Whitney had not children.
