Moses6 Whitney (Moses5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Moses5 and Betty (Hutchins) Whitney, was born 15 Jul 1773, Templeton, MA,[1] and died between 4 May and 21 Jun 1814, Palatine, NY.
Marriage intentions were published 23 Jun 1798, Templeton, MA, for him and Tabitha Keyes "of Gerry".[2] He "of Templeton" married, 15 Jul 1798, Phillipston, MA, Tabitha Keyes,[3] daughter of Simeon and Lucy (Temple) Keyes. She was born 15 Mar 1775, Shrewsbury, MA, and died before 1814, since she is not mentioned in his will.
His will, dated 4 May 1814, and proved 21 Jun 1814, Palatine, Montgomery Co., NY, mentions brother William, son Moses, brother-in-law Dr. Levi Maxwell, and the latter's wife Sally

No further record of the children has been found. None of them are mentioned in his will in 1814.
