He "of Harvard" married, 18 Apr 1797, Littleton, MA, Patty Baker "of Littleton",[4] daughter of Edward and Patience (Howe) Baker.[5] She was born 9 Jul 1777, Littleton, MA,[6] and died 9 or 10 Sep 1816, Harvard, MA, aged 38 years.[7]
