Family:Whitney, Nathan (1789-1846)

Nathan⁷ Whitney (Nathan⁶, Nathan⁵, Thomas⁴, Eleazer³, Thomas², John¹), son of Nathan⁶ and Eunice (?Wakefield?) Whitney, was born about 8 Nov 1789, Halifax, VT, and died 4 Nov 1846, Thompson Twp., Seneca Co., OH, aged 56 years 11 months 26 days.^[1]

He married, before 1816, Esther Murrey. She was born 12 Sep 1793, NY, and died 6 Dec 1849, Seneca Co., OH, aged 56 years 2 months 24 days.^[2] Her daughter Sarah's death record calls her mother Esther Whitmore.^[3]

Both are buried in Underhill Cemetery, Seneca Co., OH. FindAGrave Memorial 79400611.

iv.	Francis Larned Whitney, b. 12 Aug 1824, OH; d. 22 Jun 1905, Casnovia Twp., Muskegon Co., MI; m.(1) 21 Aug 1847, Clarissa Jane Marsh; m.(2) 16 Dec 1849, Huron Co., OH, Lucretia Barnes; resided Seneca Co., OH, in 1850, Alpine, MI, in 1860, and Muskegon Co., MI, in 1870 and 1880.
v.	Charles L. Whitney, b. 7 Sep 1827; d. 9 Sep 1832.
