He "Jr., of Weston" married, 20 Jul 1721 or 22 Jun 1722, Weston, MA, Mary Child "of Watertown",^[3] daughter of John and Hannah (French) Child. She was born 1699, Westborough, MA, and died 3 Dec 1776, Westborough, MA, aged 77 years.

He settled in Westborough, MA. On 15 Oct 1727, at Concord, MA, he owned the covenant. On 21 Jan 1728, he and his wife Mary were admitted to the church, Westborough, MA.
